  Workout Equipment I Use- You Can Use Too


When it comes to working out, while, yes, you can train with no equipment, however, having certain tools can enhance your fitness journey. Of the many gadgets I’ve used, the GHB S.A.Q. Training Ladder, the Sportneer Ankle Weights, the Vergali Resistant (Booty) Bands, as well as the Rip Toned Wrist Wraps, I have found to be most beneficial (Links to Purchase Below).                                                                                                                   

For starters, the S.A.Q. Ladder has not only helped me move faster, but my 5-year-old daughter as well. It not only is a great cardio session, but also helps with the mind- as it challenges you to lessen your response time. 


Now the Sportneer Ankle Weights are just Amazing! They not only build strength, but they also help to tone and sculls your legs pretty. Now, for my all-time favorite, the Vergali Resistance (Booty) Bands are most definitely a staple. The best part about them is that they come in various toughness levels, ranking from light to medium to heavy resistance. I would recommend starting off with light resistance and gradually progressing to heavier resistance- so as not to hurt yourself. 


Last, but not least, the Rip Toned Wrist Wraps. These are imperative when it comes to lifting weights, as they ensure your wrists stay in proper formation while working with heavy objects. And the best part? They can even be worn during daily work duties while handling heavy objects- so as not to sprain your wrists. In addition, they also help to ensure your execution when weightlifting is done in proper formation- thus giving you optimal results.
